Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are non refundable.

A confirmation email will be sent with an order number and details of purchase. 

Please note: All orders may take two or three days for fulfillment, even the one day shipping option. Processing time is different than shipping time. Thank you for your understanding! Once an order has been placed and shipped we are unable to change the shipping method. When free shipping is offered by us and you decide to pick one day shipping it does not count when it is free. It will automatically be changed to 3-5 business days. 

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED ONCE PLACED. No exceptions.

DISCLAIMER:

On our end, all we can do is ship out your item and provide a tracking number to track your package. If a package says delivered when you did not receive it or if a package says lost. This is a shipping carrier issue/mistake not ours. You would need to take your tracking number to a local post office and explain the issue and provide a tracking number for them to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding!
