Return Policy

We have a VERY strict policy.

There is a 14 day return policy that begins the day you receive the item. Permitted items may be returned for either a store credit or exchange only. No refunds. Store credit will be issued within 30 days of item being delivered back to us. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed (without any stains or marks from deodorant, makeup, or any signs of wear) with tags attached and the receipt included.

Please email us at Trendylilthing@Gmail.com to initiate a return so we have it on file for you. Please do not ship back without letting us know. 

Defective items must be reported within two days of delivery date and item must be unworn with tags still attached. A picture of the items damage must be sent to trendylilthing@gmail.com and someone will assist you. 

Store Credit: All returned merchandise will be in the form of a store credit. All store credits will be issued within 30 days of item being received back to us. Once your return has been processed, we will issue you a store credit via email or phone number.
